Job Description for Open Position

Associate Technician: This is our mid-level handyperson technician.

After onboarding, this position will involve performing projects and tasks independently, traveling to client properties located in Burlington, Camden or Gloucester counties. This position will require training on our CRM software app we use for scheduling and estimating projects.

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Can independently perform drywall repairs to a finished surface, painting, door/window installation/repairs, miscellaneous repair work, finish carpentry.

  • Skilled in problem solving, diagnosing issues and providing solutions.

  • Great attention to detail. Organized in their work.

  • Friendly, polite and able to communicate clearly.

  • Available for at least 15-20 hours per week during the day (8am-5pm), with an interest in transitioning to full time.

  • Must pass background check and have a clean driving record.

This is a new company (started in 2024), but we do have plans for rapid growth over the next few years. We currently serve Camden, Burlington and Gloucester counties. We aim to be South Jersey’s number one choice for handyman services in the next few years and expand from there to the Tri-State area. This is an opportunity to join at the beginning, but we understand that it doesn’t fit everyone’s requirements to join a new company. We are currently starting off by seeking part-time employees, but would like to transition to hiring full-time employees as soon as the project demand and employee needs support that.
