Job Description for Open Position(s)

We have 2 open associate technician positions:

  1. Full-time Monday-Friday

  2. Part-time 3 days per week, some Saturdays

Associate Technician: This is our entry to mid-level handyman technician.

After onboarding, this position will involve creating estimates, performing projects and tasks independently or with a team member, traveling to client properties located in Burlington and Camden counties (occasionally Gloucester). This position will require training on our CRM software app we use for scheduling and estimating projects.

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Experience with drywall repairs to a finished surface, painting, misc. home repair or installation tasks (ceiling fan replacement, door knob replacement, picture hanging, trim repairs, etc.)

  • Skilled in problem solving, diagnosing issues and providing solutions.

  • Great attention to detail. Organized in their work.

  • Responsible and timely.

  • Friendly, polite and able to communicate clearly.

  • General availability:

    • For Full-time: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm - we will work around your personal life!

    • For Part-time: 3 days per week 8am-5pm - typically 2 week days and Saturday

  • Must have a clean driving record.

We started our company in 2024 and have plans for continued rapid growth over the next few years. We currently serve Camden, Burlington and Gloucester counties. We aim to be South Jersey’s number one choice for handyman services and expand from there to Central Jersey, North Jersey and the shore towns. This is an opportunity to join towards the beginning, but we understand that it doesn’t fit everyone’s requirements to join a newer company.
